Put back NYC

Yes. I was disappointed that NYC is gone. I had come to like Yplan because it had interesting things in NYC, but now its like blah. I dont understand the reason for taking it out, if NYC is as important as London and Dublin if not more.

Amusing but need more about YPlan, v6.4.2
